India and Netherlands elevate bilateral ties to Strategic Partnership during Prime Minister Modi's visit
New Delhi, May 18 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi held official talks with Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten at the Catshuis, the official residence of the Dutch Prime Minister, in The Hague, where the two countries decided to elevate bilateral relations to a "Strategic Partnership" and adopted an ambitious Roadmap for Strategic Partnership for the period 2026-2030.
Prime Minister Modi's visit marked his second official visit to the Netherlands. During the visit, Prime Minister Modi was also hosted by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima of the Netherlands at the Royal Palace Huis ten Bosch in The Hague, where the Dutch royal family hosted a bilateral meeting and luncheon in his honour.
