India, Indonesia Review Strategic Partnership at 8th Joint Commission Meeting
New Delhi, June 8 -- External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar co-chaired the 8th India-Indonesia Joint Commission Meeting in New Delhi with Indonesian Foreign Minister Sugiono.
The two sides reviewed progress under the India-Indonesia Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and held extensive discussions on political relations, defence and security cooperation, maritime affairs and shipping, trade, fintech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, fertilisers, critical minerals, tourism, education and cultural exchanges.
They also exchanged views on regional developments, strengthening multilateral cooperation and advancing India-ASEAN engagement.
