New Delhi, May 29 -- Union Minister of State and East Delhi MP Harsh Malhotra was appointed as the new president of the Bharatiya Janata Party's Delhi unit on May 28. The appointment was announced by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh in an official organisational notification issued by the party headquarters. The order stated that BJP national president Nitin Nabin had appointed Harsh Malhotra as the Delhi BJP president with immediate effect.
