New Delhi, April 11 -- The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has announced that the Transport Strategic Centre (TSC), London, which manages the COMET benchmarking group, will conduct the "13th edition of the Online Customer Satisfaction Survey" from 13 April 2026 to 10 May 2026.
The primary aim of this survey is to know what Metro commuters think about various aspects of Metro operations, including feedback and suggestions on improving the quality of service.
Commuters who wish to participate in the survey can visit the DMRC's official website and submit the survey online by clicking on the given links. The survey forms will be available in both English and Hindi.
