New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- This award has been conferred for the second consecutive year today, on September 14, 2026, during the Hindi Day celebrations and the Sixth All India Official Language Conference held in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, by Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Amit Shah to Dr. Vikas Kumar, Managing Director of Delhi Metro.

On this occasion, the Director (Finance) of Delhi Metro, the Chief Official Language Officer, and other senior officials were also present.
