New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- Beyond essential services such as online challan payments, towed-vehicle tracking and live traffic updates, it features 'Traffic Saathi', an AI-based chatbot for real-time assistance.

The LG emphasized that the platform must go beyond being an administrative interface to become an interactive hub for road-safety awareness, civic education and proactive citizen participation.

"Technology-driven, citizen-centric policing is integral to building a safer, smarter and truly," the LG said.
