New Delhi, April 10 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta and Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu attended the 18th convocation ceremony of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Congratulating students who received medals and degrees, the Chief Minister said that the graduating youth represent the driving force behind the vision of "Viksit Bharat" and that their success would take the nation to new heights.
