New Delhi, April 30 -- The Delhi government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, has announced a zero-tolerance policy against illegal tree felling in the national capital.
Authorities said immediate action will be taken in cases of illegal cutting of trees. Citizens have been urged to report such incidents by calling the helpline number 1800-118-600 or by registering complaints on the Green Helpline portal.
The complaints will be directly forwarded to the concerned authorities, and a 24x7 quick response team will take prompt action.
