New Delhi, May 9 -- The Directorate of Education (DoE), Government of Delhi, has directed all government schools in the national capital to conduct remedial classes for students of Classes IX, X and XII during the summer vacation period from May 11 to May 23.

According to a circular issued by the School Branch of the Directorate of Education, government schools will officially observe summer vacation from May 11 to June 30, 2026. However, remedial classes will be organised in schools depending on the availability of teaching staff and infrastructure facilities. The initiative aims to reinforce key concepts and improve overall learning outcomes of students.
