New Delhi, July 4 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday launched the EV Subsidy Portal to enable residents to apply online for electric vehicle subsidies and other incentives.

Through the portal, applicants can submit subsidy applications from home, track their status in real time, and receive the incentive amount directly into their bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) within a maximum of 60 days after verification.

The Chief Minister urged Delhi residents to adopt electric vehicles and contribute to building a clean, green, and pollution-free capital. Cabinet Minister Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh and senior government officials were present at the launch.
