New Delhi, March 31 -- Delhi Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa attended the Net Green Earth Awards 2026 held at UNESCO House, where global efforts towards climate action and sustainable innovation were recognised. The event was organised by the Net Green Earth Foundation in collaboration with UNESCO.
Addressing the gathering, Sirsa underscored the Delhi government's commitment to environmental sustainability under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta. He highlighted key initiatives aimed at tackling pollution in the national capital, including the removal of legacy waste, expansion of electric bus fleets, strengthening of electric vehicle policies, and measures to control dust pollution.
