New Delhi, March 24 -- Rekha Gupta marked the beginning of the government's second budget session with a ceremonial "kheer offering," invoking Lord Ram, Goddess Sita, and Goddess Lakshmi. The session was inaugurated with a symbolic gesture reflecting cultural traditions and a broader message of inclusivity in governance.
The Chief Minister stated that the ceremony represented the participation of all sections of society in Delhi's development journey.
