New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta met and honoured Mukesh Kumar at the Delhi Secretariat, extending financial assistance in recognition of his courage in confronting anti-social elements in Mehrauli.

According to the Chief Minister, Mukesh Kumar displayed exceptional bravery and determination while protecting the dignity and safety of a young girl. In the process, he himself became the victim of a serious attack. Gupta described his actions as an outstanding example of civic responsibility and humanity.

"His courage is an inspiration for the entire society. The Delhi government stands firmly with him and is fully committed to ensuring his honour and support," she said.
