Delhi CM Flags Off Uber Airport Share Service From IGI Terminal-3
New Delhi, May 23 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta flagged off the Uber Airport Share service from the Delhi Secretariat for passengers travelling to and from IGI Airport Terminal-3, as part of the government's efforts to promote car-pooling and shared mobility in the national capital.
The initiative has been launched under the Delhi Government's "Mera Bharat, Mera Yogdan" campaign, aimed at encouraging public participation in fuel conservation amid evolving global fuel conditions. Rekha Gupta said the initiative aligns with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call for greater public participation in reducing fuel consumption and promoting sustainable mobility.
