New Delhi, April 30 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta attended the consecration ceremony of idols at the newly constructed Ram Temple at a gaushala run by the Delhi Pinjrapole Society.

Union Law and Justice Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta, MP Yogender Chandolia and MLA Ashok Goel Deoraha were also present on the occasion.

The Delhi Pinjrapole Society has been serving thousands of cows for nearly 152 years by providing food, shelter and medical facilities.

The Chief Minister appreciated the organisation's efforts and said the Delhi government is constructing 10 modern gaushalas and has set a target to establish 40 such facilities in the future.
