New Delhi, April 7 -- Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood observed the Computerised Draw of Lots process at the Directorate of Education for admissions under the EWS/DG and Children With Special Needs (CWSN) categories for the academic session 2026-27.

The entire process was conducted in the presence of parents and officials, ensuring transparency and fairness so that every eligible child receives an equal opportunity for admission.

Sood emphasised that efforts are being continuously made to ensure access to quality and inclusive education for everyone
