New Delhi, April 29 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu visited the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) at Palika Kendra to review the Summer Action Plan and ongoing heatwave mitigation measures.

He said the ICCC functions as the digital nerve centre of the capital, using IoT-based systems to integrate services ranging from water management to environmental monitoring. He noted that this technology-enabled model of governance has the potential to be replicated across urban local bodies in the country to improve civic service delivery.
