New Delhi, March 10 -- Aam Aadmi Party said the Delhi High Court did not stay the order of the Rouse Avenue Court that discharged several leaders in the alleged Delhi liquor policy corruption case.
Addressing a press conference, AAP Delhi state convenor Saurabh Bharadwaj said the Rouse Avenue Court had earlier concluded that the alleged liquor scam case was "fake and fabricated" and that the matter was not fit for trial, leading to the discharge of all accused.
He said the case was heard again in the Delhi High Court, but the High Court did not place any stay on the lower court's decision.
