New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- Jarnail Singh said the minister lost his temper when concerns about the road construction were raised. A complaint dated September 27, addressed to the Vikaspuri police station by Sahib Singh, alleges that Verma slapped and pushed him, used abusive language and threatened him while he was filming the inspection. Sahib Singh also questioned the quality of the road construction and requested an investigation. Jarnail Singh said the complaint was recorded after they had waited at the police station for hours, and called for legal action.
