19th India-Vietnam Joint Commission Meeting (JCM) on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation held in New Delhi
New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- The two Ministers noted that discussions between H.E. Mr. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, including during the former's State Visit to India in May 2026, had provided renewed impetus to the bilateral relationship.
In a productive and outcome oriented discussion, the two Ministers reviewed the full spectrum of bilateral relations under the India-Vietnam Enhanced Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
