Mumbai, April 13 -- Switch Mobility, the electric vehicle arm of the Hinduja Group, has completed the export of 100 electric buses to the Government of Mauritius. The final batch of 90 vehicles was handed over by India's External Affairs Minister, Dr S Jaishankar, to the Prime Minister of Mauritius, Dr Navinchandra Ramgoolam.

This marks the largest export of electric buses from India to date and was conducted as part of a government-to-government arrangement where the vehicles were provided as a donation from India to support the modernisation of public transport in Mauritius.
