Mumbai, Sept. 23 -- Hyundai Motor India has opened bookings for its upcoming Bayon crossover SUV ahead of its scheduled release during the upcoming festive season. Customers can reserve the vehicle online via the official company portal or at authorised dealerships for a booking amount of INR 11,000.

The 4.2-metre vehicle is constructed on the company's Global K Enhanced Platform, engineered to meet five-star Indian crash safety parameters. Positioned as an intelligent utility vehicle, the Bayon claims to introduce an integrated generative artificial intelligence voice assistant designed to process driver interactions and vehicle controls.
