New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- A pre-release event for Yash's upcoming film Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups was disrupted in Hyderabad after a speaker stand collapsed at the venue, leaving some fans injured, according to Cyberabad Police.

The incident took place on Saturday at the Malla Reddy Group of Institutions in Medchal-Malkajgiri district, where a large crowd had gathered for the event featuring Yash and other members of the film's team, news agency ANI reported.

According to police officials, some attendees had climbed onto a flying DJ speaker stand to get a better view of the proceedings. A group was also reportedly performing stunts on the structure when it became unstable and collapsed.
