New Delhi, Aug. 31 -- Zomato has introduced 'zero tolerance' for analogue dairy dishes across its Indian delivery platform. The rule took effect immediately on Monday, 31 August 2026. Zomato has removed dishes that restaurants declared to contain 'analogue dairy'. It may also remove any listing violating the policy.

Restaurants that repeatedly become non-compliant may be removed from the platform entirely. The company says this action supports customer health, transparency and food quality.

Chief executive Aditya Mangla links the decision with Zomato's core mission. The mission is to provide better food to more people.
