New Delhi, Nov. 7 -- The India Meteorological Department said on Friday that heavy rainfall is likely in parts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal during November 6-10. Several areas in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka have been receiving heavy rainfall.
