New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- A software developer has shared why she chose to resign from three jobs without having another offer lined up, saying each decision eventually led to a new role within about a month.

In a series of Instagram videos posted on her account, @found.ora, the techie described the career decisions as both empowering and stressful. While she managed to find another job relatively quickly each time, she said the period immediately after resigning was often filled with uncertainty and self-doubt.
