New Delhi, May 13 -- Telecom operator Vodafone Idea shares rose sharply on Wednesday, 13 May, after the company announced that its board would meet later this week to consider a fundraising proposal along with its fourth quarter and full-year FY26 financial results.

The stock climbed as much as 3.7% during the session to hit an intraday high of Rs.12.33 on the BSE as investors reacted positively to the company's plans to raise capital and recent developments related to its adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues.
