New Delhi, July 30 -- Vedanta Aluminium Metal Q1 Results: Vedanta Aluminium Metal Ltd on Thursday, 30 July, reported a strong performance for the first quarter of FY27, with net profit rising 33.8% quarter-on-quarter to Rs.5,629 crore, compared with Rs.4,207 crore in the March quarter.

The company's revenue from operations grew 11.9% sequentially to Rs.21,393 crore, up from Rs.19,124 crore in the preceding quarter.

Operating performance also improved significantly, with EBITDA increasing 23.3% quarter-on-quarter to Rs.10,299 crore from Rs.8,352 crore. The EBITDA margin expanded to 48.14%, compared with 43.68% in the previous quarter, indicating stronger operating efficiency and improved profitability.
