New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has criticised the Congress Working Committee's decision regarding the partial rendition of Vande Mataram, alleging that it disrespects national sentiment and the sacrifices of freedom fighters.

Speaking to the media, Dhami said the decision reflected what he described as an "anti-national mindset" and argued that Vande Mataram was more than a song, describing it as a symbol of India's freedom struggle, patriotism and the emotions of millions of citizens.
