New Delhi, April 30 -- US stock market futures pointed to a higher opening on Thursday, 30 April, supported by upbeat earnings from select technology giants, although strengthening crude oil prices and rising tensions in West Asia kept investor sentiment cautious.

Futures tied to the S&P 500 rose about 0.7%, while Nasdaq Composite futures climbed 0.2% and Dow Jones Industrial Average futures advanced roughly 334 points, or 0.2%.
