New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Urban Company has filed a defamation and product disparagement suit against Kent RO Systems in the Delhi High Court, alleging that advertisements and social media campaigns targeting its Native water purifiers contained false and misleading claims.

According to Urban Company's regulatory filing, the company filed the suit on August 11, 2026, over advertisements concerning its Native M0, M1, M2, M1 Pro and M2 Pro water purifiers.

The dispute centres on Urban Company's claims that these models offer a two-year filter life and two-year no-servicing feature.
