New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Gemini Edibles & Fats India (GEF), a Hyderabad-based company, has submitted its draft papers to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO).

According to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) filed on August 21, the proposed IPO will comprise a complete offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 4.11 crore equity shares by the company's promoters and existing investors.

As part of the OFS, promoters Alka Chowdhry and Golden Agri International Enterprises Pte Ltd, along with investors Black River Food 2 Pte Ltd and Investment and Commercial Enterprise Pte Ltd, will sell a portion of their shareholding.
