New Delhi, Aug. 28 -- Bharat PET Limited, an integrated packaging solutions provider, has received approval from SEBI for its proposed initial public offering (IPO). The company is looking to raise Rs.760 crore through a mix of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS).

The fresh issue comprises equity shares aggregating up to Rs.120 crore, while the OFS aggregates up to Rs.640 crore. The selling shareholders in the OFS include promoter selling shareholders Deepak Gupta, Ankur Gupta, Rahul Gupta, Sonu Gupta, Stuti Gupta, Ruchi Gupta, Mitali Gupta and Santosh Devi Gupta.
