New Delhi, April 9 -- Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reported a marginal increase of around 2,300 in its total employee headcount in Q4 FY26.
The company's employee base stood at 584,519 in Q4 FY26, up 0.40% from 582,163 employees recorded in the previous quarter of FY26. TCS said that associates from 149 nationalities were part of its workforce at the end of Q3 FY26, with women accounting for 35.1% of the total employee base.
Meanwhile, the last twelve months (LTM) voluntary attrition in IT Services stood at 13.5%, marking a sequential increase of 20 basis points.
The company reported an increase in the company's headcount comes even as it is reportedly facing higher attrition among senior level employees.
