New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- The Supreme Court has directed Tarun Tejpal to surrender within two weeks. Tejpal, Tehelka Magazine's former editor-in-chief, must file a surrender certificate, Live Law reported. This allows the court to hear his appeal properly.
