New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay will travel to the United Kingdom on September 10. On his first foreign trip since becoming Tamil Nadu chief minister, Vijay will seek industrial investments to the state.

The Chief Minister willbe in United Kingdom until September 16 to conduct a series of investor meetings, news agency ANI said citing sources. The high-level outreach comes amid intense competition between Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh to secure major industrial and capital investments in the southern region.
