New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- Suraksha Group, which acquired realty firm Jaypee Infratech, said on Monday that it plans to invest around Rs.3,000 crore over the next two years to complete all stalled housing projects, assuring that all stuck homebuyers would be able to get their apartments by September 2028.

Additionally, the company also plans to develop three new townships on the Yamuna Expressway, totalling over 450 acres, news agency PTI reported.

Speaking at a press conference in Noida, Suraksha Group promoter Sudhir Valia said the company has completed 84 towers, comprising 7,913 units, over the past two years. He added that 159 towers were stalled when the group took over operations of Jaypee Infratech (JIL).
