New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Mumbai-based coffee brand Subko has issued a statement after a customer from Bengaluru claimed that the coffee chain 'body-shamed' him. The customer, in a Reddit post, had shared that the coffee chain did not use his name and instead used his body to describe him.

He also posted pictures of the cafe and the receipts, which read: "I went to Subko The Craftery, ordered my food, paid my bill, and later looked at the receipt. Under Customer Detail, instead of my name, I found: 'Little fat black shirt.' Yes. That was apparently enough to identify me," he wrote.

He said what upset him most was that the description seemed to have been deliberately entered into the restaurant's system.
