Subhash Chandra insolvency: NCLAT to hear creditors' appeal against NCLT approval of Rs.6.5 crore payout plan
New Delhi, Aug. 31 -- Creditors, including the LIC Housing and Banks, on Monday approached the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) challenging the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)'s approval of Zee group founder Subhash Chandra's repayment plan.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, appearing for the creditors, urged the appellate tribunal to hear the matter urgently. The NCLAT has agreed to hear the matter tomorrow at 10am.
