MUMBAI, Sept. 15 -- Solar Industries Ltd expects its revenue to increase more than three times to about Rs.32,000 crore in the next two years with its $1.36 billion acquisition of South Africa's Omnia Holdings Ltd, the company's managing director told investors on Tuesday.

The Nagpur-based manufacturer of industrial explosives also expects its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (Ebitda) to more than double and surpass Rs.7,000 crore by FY28, managing director Manish Nuwal said. The company reported revenue of Rs.9,838 crore and Ebitda of Rs.2,750 crore in FY26.
