New Delhi, May 26 -- Bhatia Communications & Retail shares finished Tuesday's trade, 26 May, with a 3% gain at Rs.24.85 apiece after the company reported healthy financial performance for both the March quarter and the full financial year FY26.

For the quarter ended March 2026, the company posted revenue from operations of Rs.170 crore, registering a sharp growth of 64% compared to Rs.103.77 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year.

Total income for the quarter stood at Rs.171.94 crore, while profit before tax rose to Rs.66.08 crore from Rs.39.75 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit for the quarter increased 55% YoY to Rs.45.49 crore from Rs.29.31 crore.
