New Delhi, July 26 -- Athletics All-Star catcher Shea Langeliers has suffered a torn meniscus in his right knee and could miss the rest of the 2026 season. The 28-year-old sustained the injury while running the bases, dealing another heavy blow to a club already struggling with a long list of absences.
Langeliers and the team will now decide whether surgery is the best path forward. If he opts for the procedure, as expected, he will be sidelined through the final months of the year.
