Reliance shares hit a fresh 52-week low; stock plunges 24% YTD - Time to buy or stay away?
New Delhi, Sept. 28 -- Reliance Industries shares hit their fresh 52-week low to fall below Rs.1,200 in intraday trade on the BSE on Monday, 28 August, amid a widespread selloff in the Indian stock market. Reliance share price declined more than 2% to hit its one-year low of Rs.1,198, while the equity benchmark Sensex dropped 1.6% to drop to its intraday low of 72,716 during Monday's session.
Around 2:30 pm on Monday, on a year-to-date (YTD) basis, Reliance shares are down about 24% compared to a nearly 15% fall in the equity benchmark Sensex.
