New Delhi, May 5 -- The initial public offering (IPO) of Recode Studios opened for subscription today, May 5 and will close on Thursday, May 7. The Recode Studios IPO price band has been set in the range of Rs.150-158 per share.

The company aims to raise Rs.44.59 crore from this SME IPO, which is a mix of fresh shares and an offer for sale (OFS). The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.25 crore shares aggregating to Rs.39.55 crore and an offer for sale of 0.03 crore shares aggregating to Rs.5.04 crore.
