New Delhi, Aug. 31 -- Eight of the 19 sub-sectors tracked by the government recorded double-digit growth in June 2026 compared with the same month a year earlier, with real estate emerging as the strongest performer, according to data released by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI).

The ministry released the June 2026 Index of Services Production (ISP) covering 19 sub-sectors, using 2024-25 as the base year.

"Eight out of the 19 sub-sectors recorded double-digit growth in June 2026 as compared to June 2025," the release said, adding "18 out of the 19 sub-sectors recorded positive growth in June 2026."
