New Delhi, Aug. 8 -- Change does not always arrive with a warning. Sometimes, the signs are already visible - in the way people behave, the ideas they embrace, the technologies they adopt or the direction in which society appears to be moving.

The challenge is often not identifying the change itself, but recognising it before someone else gives it a name.
