New Delhi, Sept. 30 -- Pollution consciousness is going to spread across the country and will not remain limited to Delhi and neighbouring cities, said Tarun Kapoor, advisor to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), on Wednesday.

There has been a lot of pollution in and around Delhi, and it is going to spread to other parts of the country. Most north Indian cities routinely see bad air quality during winters, Kapoor said while speaking at the launch of a report by Delhi-based think tank The Energy and Resources Institute (Teri) on India's multi-fuel pathway towards cleaning up vehicle emissions.
