New Delhi, Oct. 25 -- The Department of Pension and Pensioners' Welfare (DoPPW), under the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has issued an Office Memorandum (OM) dated 3 December 2025 and laid down additional guidelines for Pensioners' Welfare Associations (PWAs) on how they can spend government grants.

These associations help pensioners access pension-related information, understand government rules, seek grievance redressal, and access welfare-related assistance.
