New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Paluck Technologies, a diversified engineering services group serving retail and corporate customers across the telecom and construction sectors, has announced the price band and opening dates for its initial public offering (IPO). The BSE SME issue is scheduled to open for subscription on Friday, August 28, 2026, and will remain open until Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

The company aims to raise Rs.33 crore through the IPO, with its equity shares proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform. The issue comprises 68,76,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs.10 each, offered at a price band of Rs.46- Rs.48 per share.
