New York Giants trade offensive lineman Daniel Faalele to Jacksonville Jaguars for late-round 2027 draft pick
New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- The New York Giants have traded offensive lineman Daniel Faalele to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a late-round pick in the 2027 NFL Draft, ending a very short chapter in New York.
Faalele signed a one-year, $1.4 million free-agent deal in the spring to reunite with head coach John Harbaugh, who left the Baltimore Ravens for the Giants. The massive guard spent training camp as the second-team left guard but never secured a clear path to regular playing time.
Daniel Faalele, listed at 6-foot-7 and 380 pounds, arrived with solid experience. A former fourth-round pick, he started all 34 games over the previous two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. Yet his time in New York proved fleeting. He appeared in just 13 offensi...
